Born Oct 31, 1908, Forest Earl essentially maintained the family farm. His son, Doug Earl, maintains the remains of the original farm that originated from Hillard Earl. He was married to Reta Howe (1923-1984) for many years. He died April 20, 2000.
The kids were:
- Doug – Still is farming
- Joan – She was a kindergarten teacher, and is married to a former psychologist in the Canadian penitentiary system.
- Sharon – Married an engineer, once employed with Nortel in Belleville. He worked in the US for some time. She was a teacher and a principal. She is considered to be the expert on the Earl family. She is the holder of a box of family photos. She has also published a picture study of the Earl family farm on Blurb books, under her married name of Sharon Kennedy.
- Colleen – taught high school math
